Accepting these terms
By registering for a Just Payon ID or using any of our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and complete KYC before your account is activated. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, OTPs and transaction password confidential. Any activity performed through your account is treated as authorised by you.
Registration charges
Registration charges are one-time and non-refundable. The official charges are published on our website. Nobody is authorised to collect any amount beyond the published charges — if anyone asks for more, please report it to us immediately.
Wallet and transactions
Your wallet must carry sufficient balance before a transaction. Transactions once successfully processed cannot be reversed by us; disputes are handled through the relevant bank or network process. Commission rates are shown in your panel and may be revised with notice.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with RBI, NPCI and other applicable regulations. Money laundering, fraud, misuse of customer data, or allowing another person to operate your ID are strictly prohibited.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, is involved in suspicious activity, or is required to be blocked by a regulator or bank. Wallet balance is settled as per applicable rules after due verification.
Service availability
We work to keep the platform available at all times, but services may be interrupted by maintenance or by the systems of banks and networks we depend on. We are not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in any dispute is limited to the transaction amount concerned. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
